OCD
During this week while I was in class we were learning about OCD. Besides from watching the extremely entertaining videos at times, I also felt as if by seeing these examples I too was becoming compulsive. But for me that day it was over not having my phone on me. During lunch hour just before class I remembered putting my phone in my jacket pocket, but while in class I didn't have it. It drove me crazy, I couldn't stop thinking about it, and where I could have left it..Even though I knew it most likely fell in between my seat and center console in my car, which is exactly where it was when I got to my car hurriedly. Now my question is do I have cellphone OCD haha? Because I did have all the things someone with OCD would really have anxiety, consistent reminding thoughts, and even repeitive actions like checking my pockets repeatly even though I knew from checking my pockets before that I didn't have it on me...is this a OCD condition, or just a small version of what though people really feel on a consistent daily matter?

response chains
When I was about 9 or 10 years old I was conditioned by my goalie coach Sam when I played for Team Illinois using response chains to go down in the butterfly (two legs on the ice) and use one legs to get up all in once motion to push to the other side of the crease using the right leg to go to the left as an example. We did this so much and so repetitively that it eventually became second nature to me, which is very important to have in your arsenal of movements as a goaltender. And eventually after getting the basics down and the movement down we increased the speed of the motion, since it was second nature to me at that point, and I could carry over those quickened movements to the games.

Behavior
In school like we talked about earlier in the week about how you are conditioned to do..and at my Catholic grade school they made sure that we did that. It would be a automatic detention if you forgot to write your name on your paper..As you can tell Mrs. Head was one heck of a nasty teacher
There the behavior was writing you name on every single paper and my reward was not getting a detention which was a negative reinforcement. And the schedule would be a fixed ratio 1:1 schedule. The reason being because it was on every single paper

Letter
At the start of class I found the material pretty difficult to retain. I had confusion on things, and it seemed that I wasn't retaining alot of the information well. Now as off recently with your change in the format of class I've seen improvement and retention of the information. Overall I really enjoy the class, the work load is perfect, and the class is really relax.. Don't change anything, love the class.
